Form available without having to sign in.

Hope your day is off to a great start!

I would like my customers to have access to my form without having to sign in.

https://form.jotform.com/SubstanceSalon2020/SafetyAgreement- this link will be places in our emails/texts and will need. to open without a sign in for easy access. 

For some reason it's bringing. them to a sign page when they click the link. I need this to be way easier for people to complete. We have to have these inserted in all our confirmation emails going out tomorrow morning. 

Can you please help me with this?
