you seem to have deleted the incorrect form ?

please can you delete all form on my account and I will start again

Hello,

As requested, all forms are deleted from your account. They are currently lying in the Trash folder and will automatically be purged in 30 days time.

You can restore it back by selecting the form and clicking on restore:
