Is it possible to change the color of the YES/NO basic element question option? I have create a custom color palette and saved it as a theme, but the colors don't seem to apply to the yes/no question field option. If possible I would like the color to be #144a61, not the bright blue that seems to be the default.

    Hi,

Unfortunately, It is not possible to change these colors as the field button background color and text color are not included and affected in the form theme colors when using the form designer for card form layout. It is also not possible to inject custom CSS in the  Card Form layout. It would be possible to change the colors of the buttons if using the Classic form layout.

Unfortunately, Yes/No questions are not available for Classic forms.
