Outputting unchecked values in multiple-selection inputs

On a JotForm I'm creating, I need a checkbox field to output both the checked values and the unchecked values to a PDF in your editor. The form will be used as a CRM auditing tool, and the PDF report it generates needs to list Configured (checked) values in one column and Not Configured (unchecked) values into another.

Is this possible? Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated!

    Hello @WestZach,

Thank you for contacting our support team.

Unfortunately, there is no way to rearrange the selected and unselected checkboxes in your PDF report.

You have the ability to display all of the selections, checked and unchecked, however, they will be in the order that they appear on your form.

However, if you need a way to report on the selected and unselected checkboxes, I do suggest that you look into building a Visual Report for your form. You can find details on building reports via this user guide: How-to-Create-a-Visual-Report-with-Your-Form-Submissions
