I need to transfer two forms from one account to another.

I need to transfer the forms "Research Informed Consent Form" and "Counselor Activity Self-Efficacy Scales (CASES)" from the JotForm account laura@twinlakescounseling.com to the JotForm account with the username CFT_AUS. Can you do that for me?

How do I open a ticket? When I log into my account, the only place I see to go is Support --> Contact Us which brings me right back to this form.
