Encryption Key

    One of our users encrypted each of her forms but now, she is not getting a popup window asking for my encryption key, all of the forms are encrypted and she cannot see the data. She has cleared the browser cache but is still having the problem. How can we force it to prompt for the encryption key again?

    You may try to login in incognito or new private window and view the submission.

    It could have been that the wrong private key was used to decrypt the submission data.
