    Hello!

I'm the HR associate for our organization, and I had a question for support about the Jotform nonprofit discount. We are a church/nonprofit, and we are very interested in the possibility of this discount. (We currently use the silver plan.) However, as a church, we're not required to file a 990 tax form. Is there any other documentation that we could upload as proof of our nonprofit status? (ex. our 501(c)(3) form, bylaws, or articles of incorporation?)

    Thanks for your help!
