Hi, my form doesn't seem to be working

    When I complete it it brings up another page saying that there is an error.  It says there are incomplete values on my form.  Type a question is required.

    In this case, the problem is from the widget Short Scrollable Terms, my recommendations is to use the widget Terms & Conditions: https://www.jotform.com/widgets/terms-and-condition.
