I REQUIRE ASSISTANCE WITH THE BELOW FORM, IN RESPECT OF MARGINS AND FIELDS SHIFTING

Good evening 

Please could you urgently assist with the following problems i am having within my form.

1. the Green and orange fields keeping moving and flashing on the form and in the matrix table, thus making it difficult to work on the form.

2. The radio blocks in my form and some of the text blocks are just white and nothing can be typed in this blocks or allows radio blocks to be ticked

3. My forms  margins and text blocks are not aligning, i have tried everything  but the forms margins keep on going back to original errors,

the names and contact number text block are transparent with the green or orange highlighted blocks.

I am sorry, which fields are you referring to. I do not see any moving fields in the published form.

2. The radio blocks in my form and some of the text blocks are just white and nothing can be typed in this block or allows radio blocks to be ticked.

It seems some of your fields are set to read-only, please turn read-only to "off".

3. My forms margins and text blocks are not aligning, I have tried everything but the margins of the form keep on going back to original errors.

A lot of the CSS on your form seems to be repeated, could you please provide a screenshot of how exactly you would like the form to appear?
