Issues with Wix not accepting URL pre-filled forms

I have no issues getting Jotform onto my site. However, no matter what embed options I choose, I cannot figure out why I'm unable to pre-fill any fields. Here's the page:

I've tried all options available in Wix - HTML iFrame, Embed a site.. tried with including the iFrame code, and without. Any ideas?

It looks like pre-filling fields do not work by default on Wix site.

Therefore, I would suggest redirecting your users to your form's direct URL instead if you wish to have some of your fields pre-filled.
