Hidden fields showing up on the PDF - Conditionals make them stay hidden

Hey there, 

searched the blog, may have missed it. 

In my PDFs that are emailed, they seem to be including PARAGRAPH fields that are conditional, and hidden by default. The conditions were not met, so they are not visible. 

The email send fields do not include them. in the screen shot below, you can see the ERROR text in red, that should not appear on the PDF.
