Please note that it is not possible to change the image size on Card forms.

If you were using a Classic form layout, it would have been possible to change image size using CSS codes.

You can try using an Image Picker widget or the Image Checkbox widget.

In both these widgets, you will need to upload your image upload links, you can change the size and also set up a max selection qty:
