How to create order form without payment?

Hi, I am using the Theme, Rising Green. I don't want the submit button linked to a PayPal account, I just want the information to be sent to the email address.

How do I remove the PayPal account?

If you wish to use the form for collecting other information only, without charging the customer, you can use Purchase order:

You can switch from PayPal to purchase order by opening the payment menu and selecting Switch to another gateway:
