Please reinstate my account

    Hi,

    I received an email letting me know my account was suspended because i had credit card info on a form.  I responded i would remove that form and i still have not heard anything back.

    Please advise.

    Hello Ali,

    Your account suspended because of phishing. One of the form field that you are picking Credit Card information against to Jotforms Terms of Use. (Form ID: 40275162253145)

    Phishing: You agree that JotForm Inc. may terminate your JotForm Service immediately if a form’s purpose is found to be deceptively obtaining, for example: sensitive credit card information, social security numbers, user login credentials, or other sensitive personal information. All these activities are considered as Phishing and any account along with the violating forms will be suspended immediately.

    If you authorize us to remove that part, we will be able to remove it and reactivate your account. 

    We will be waiting for your response.

    I have removed the offending fields from the said form and reactivated the account. You may now log in to it again.

    You can use one of the Payment Integrations available with Jotform if you are to collect payments using your forms. Transactions with these integrations are secured instead of using plain text fields.
