Image Upload Option Not Working!!

    The option to update an image is one of the most important features on my order form, but it does not work. I’ve had several people try.

    I have attempted to submit your form and I can see that the image was uploaded and submitted. Please check within your submissions. 

    Could you provide a bit more details regarding the images that were used? 

    You can try using the image upload preview widget if the issue persists but it seems to me that it is possible to upload images.

    How exactly did you come to the determination that the image upload works on my form unless testing it from my phone or browser. I saw your test form and whatever image you put in there did not pull up. It takes me to an error page with a cat that says “Whoops something went wrong” 

    The images my clients are attached are ones they save from google or the like, into their camera rolls. Nothing extravagant. 

    I have tried the widget and I get the same error page with the kitten that pops up.

    Are you trying to view/download the uploaded photos from your notification email? If yes, were you logged into your Jotform account while viewing/downloading them?

    If not, then that is why you were seeing the error message.
