How to remove PayPal as a payment method

    I made a form to sell a product and I chose PayPay as a payment option for my customers. I linked my PayPal account to this option. I would like to remove that option and un-link my PayPal account and totally remove that as a payment option. The form does not allow me to click on that section and remove it. I need to know how to get rid of this option please.


    One answer I previously received was to go into my Paypal account and find a payment to jotform.......there have been no payments.


    I'd appreciate your help in this matter!

    Is the issue related to "Fish pool/lake bags" form? You simply need to select the payment field inside of the Form Builder and remove it.

    I don’t want to delete my items……I want to delete PayPal. It won’t let me click on the PayPal section to delete it.
    The following screen shot is what I want to delte.

    If you do not want to process payments, you can use the Product List field. However, you first need to remove the PayPal Payment field. The products you created will be saved and automatically added once you add the Product List field.
