Issue with date picker format

Jot forms "date picker" element clearly has a formatting issue on mobile view. The date box appears incredibly small and you are unable to see what is being typed. Are you able to fix this? I should note that the screenshot provided comes from an embedded jot form on a Wordpress webpage. 

I have been testing your form, but was unable to replicate the issue you mentioned, I used an emulator with multiple devices and a real Android device too, this seems to work as expected, here is a screenshot:
