In addition to the "regular" notification email, I also wanted an email sent to a specific person if a condition was met, I set that up under Settings - Conditions.
Currently I am NOT receiving any "regular" notifications for the following forms:

Notifications do work for this form (but I do not have any Conditions that include an email). https://form.jotform.com/200633793583157
How can I resolve this? Thanks!

We are sorry for the inconvenience. I tested your forms and I could replicate the issue. If the conditions are not met, the email is not sending any of the email addresses. That's why a ticket has been created and escalated to our developer team. We cannot provide an ETA on the issues fixed. However, you will be notified when it's fixed via this thread.
In the meanwhile, I added another condition on the cloned form to receive emails. I set the condition as vice versa of the other condition. There is a screenshot below.
Until the issue fixed, you may want to try it.

I am sorry for the misinformation. I tested again and I noticed that it is not a bug.
There should be another condition which is vice versa of the first condition to get email in both situations. I checked your form again and noticed that you have already set one more condition. There is also my screenshot below.
