Skip page is not working

I am preparing a survey that I want to have the possibility of skip for the "thank you" page if the first answer is no. I had used the conditional logic, but it is working. I have even tried using the hide or skip function, but none of these is working. Is there any other way that can let me skip to the "thank you" page based on an answer?

As I check your JotForm, the condition to skip the page is working fine. However, since the form is not being submitted, the thank you message condition will not be triggered.
