Can't add payment options

I'd like to add PayPal and Stripe to my new form. When I go to add element all of the payment options are blocked out and I can't select any of them. I already have PayPal on other forms so not sure why I can't build it into this one? Thanks.

Thank you for contacting Support.

Using the Purchase Order widget you cannot integrate it with any payment vendors.

If you would like to sell your products or collect amounts and process the payment offline through check or wire transfer, use the Purchase Order payment field.

However, Jotform has built-in payment integrations like Paypal, Stripe, etc. You can use any of the one integration and built your form using the payment method.
