Changing people on my email recipient list

    We have an email alias which includes multiple people as a recipient for our jotform - "V3 Robeks LSM Request Form".  We recently added someone new to this email alias, and he is not receiving submissions of this job form.

    Not sure if this is an issue with setting up the alias (which looks fine) or something with Jotform.  Is there ANY way to add this person separately as a recipient?  We have someone as a recipient who we can replace.

    The starter plan allows one email notification and one email address as recipient. You might have been able to add more than one before because free accounts were allowed to have multiple notifications email and recipients.

    To add one more recipient, you will need to upgrade to a paid plan.
