Using QR back function on mobile device

I am using the QR reader to have people submit forms. Once they submit is there a way to not let them go back a page and resubmit another form. In other words only way to submit would be scanning the QR Code each time 

Hi, that would not be possible. Once they read the QR Code, and the form URL is loaded in their browser, there is no way to prevent them from browsing back to load the form.
