Migration Rules

Hi,

We currently have 2 logins to your system. If we were to migrate forms from one to the other, would they retain their current url for use? Or would these change?

Hello Jim,

Yes, the form ID will remain the same, when forms are moved/transferred from one account to another.

However, if you have used custom URLs, they will need to be recreated - How-to-Create-a-Custom-URL-of-a-Form 

You can let us know which forms you want to move and we can assist you in that.

Unfortunately, forms can be moved only by the JotForm support team.

Please let us know the list of forms you wish to move and the username of account where the forms should be moved to.

 One last question, can the forms be migrated to existing folders under the account? I assume so but wanted to ask. Thank you!

Please note that when we transfer forms from one account to another, forms will be transferred, but we will not be able to transfer to any specific folder. 

Once the forms are transferred, you can then add them to desired folder.
