I have a form that will be used to collect registration data and demographics for various programs. Admin are located in several sites across the nation and may need to download reports for their specific site.

Is there an efficient way to do this in JotForm?

    Thank you

You may share the submissions page of your form with other users by following the guide below:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/199-How-to-Share-Form-s-Submissions-Page

However, please note that all the submissions of the form shall be made available for all users. Let us know if you are looking for something different.

    Thanks!

Uhmm, I can see where this may not work.

I have around 10 sites at various cities across our country and each site has a specific admin. I can't have admin viewing all submissions from the other 10 sites. Would I need to duplicate this registration form 10-12 times for each individual site or is there a way to limit access to submission based on a parameter?

For example,  I have a question on the form where participants select the training site. Can access to submission be limited to a specific training site?

    Thank you.

    Hi there,

If you have a capability of setting permissions to sub-users, I'd suggest you avail the JotForm Enterprise

JotForm Enterprise features two user function levels: User and Admin. You determine if user is a User or Admin, and each requires an individual username and password credentials.

A User is limited to creating forms and reviewing submission data that is the result of that User’s forms, only. A User cannot view and edit other forms or submission data.

An Admin manages the account, add/delete users, and review all forms and submission data.

I hope that helps, let me know should you have further questions.

Thank you for the follow up. Our small nonprofit just upgraded to Silver and I don't think an enterprise subscription would be feasible.

I'll just finalize my forms and duplicate for each site, then share the password protected submission link to the specific site admin. It's basically was I was doing before, when I was using Google forms.

Thank you all for your quick response to my questions.
