Length of form

    I would like to be able to make the form smaller - at most 2 pages for Covid-19 Molecular Testing. Currently it is 3 pages. Please help.

    If you are referring to this form: https://www.jotform.com/form/201778790289067, I can see that you are using a CARD FORM LAYOUT. That is designed to have a single field per page/card.

    You might want to use the CLASSIC LAYOUT instead. This allows you to only have a 2-page form.

    You can switch between Classic and Cards layouts via Form Designer:
