Problem with form dropdowns working properly in IE 11

When form is opened in IE the dropdowns on the "What Changes Need to be Done" section do not work properly. This section works fine in Chrome but we are limited in our organization to IE for the foreseeable future. Any assistance is appreciated.

I checked your form using an IE 11 emulator and I'm also having a problem with the dropdowns. I'm unable to view the dropdown list, are you getting the same behavior.
