Aligning text in a table

I have placed a table in a paragraph filed however I am unable to align the text as shown below

I think your response is quite rude and you did not provide a response to my first query which is why I posted another support ticket. I have provided the screenshot. There is only one form that relates to this not several. Environmental form. If you are unable to assist me please close the ticket and I will repost and seek my response from someone else.

This should be possible to fix the issue with a vertical-align style added through the cell properties, please see the next animation:

Do the same for both cells if needed.
