Duplicate submissions

    Hi there!


    We've just conducted a survey among our client base and received 2007 submissions. However, now, looking at the responses in more depth, we've found that there are quite a lot of duplicate submissions, around a few hundred.


    Could you please investigate into how could this have occurred, how this can be fixed, and how can this be prevented in future surveys?

    Hello,

    We have known this problem and we implemented a fix last week. It shouldn't happen again.

    We found out that mobile browsers create duplicate submissions when you open the browser again while the form's thank you page is the last page visited. We added a preventive measure to help deter duplicate submissions. Instead of reloading the thank you page, we showed the form instead.
