Im not able to review any JOTFORMS under my log in. My screen is blank for everything I click.

I did check your account and found that you have 3 forms shared by another user. Based on the screenshot you have shared, for some reason there is no selected form for which submission needs to be displayed. Please check the screenshot below:
I would suggest you to please sign out from your account and then sign in again before trying to view submissions again. You may also like to clear your browser cache as well. The following guide should help you how to clear your browser cache: http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser's-Cache
