Why am I unable to change the email address on my account?

    I’d like to change my email address and when I try to enter the new one in a message says “enter valid email address.”


    How can I remedy this problem?

    I cannot find an account with your username on this post, but found the following account related to the last form you've edited: J9K9

    Is this your account? 

    Also, would be helpful if you provide us the email address you're trying to use, this way we can check it on our end and find why it's not allowing you to update it.

    I just changed user name from Jesslara1114 to J9K9.

     

    I’d like to change my email from j***la***1**@gmail.com to j***@j***tr***ing.com

    I noticed the email address you're trying to use is already linked to a different JotForm account, the username is Lara_Jessica, this is the reason why you cannot use it on your account J9K9. 

    The email addresses can be only linked to one account, you will need to use either a different email address or delete the current account associated with that email in order to free it up. 

    Let us know if you would like to proceed deleting the other account, we will be happy to assist you.

    I've deleted the other account, the email is free up now, so you can use it on your new account, kindly give it a try and let us know if you have any questions.
