Why isn't PayPal Business working on my form?

    paypal is not working I have it connected to our Paypal account but its not letting payments go though

    I have checked your form and this does not seem to be connected with your PayPal account, I would recommend you to complete the process in order to process the payments, here is how: 

    1. Edit your form on the Form Builder, find the payment section and select it, then click on the payment wizard button:


    2. Once you have connected your PayPal account, you need to click on the save button at the very bottom of the wizard:


    Note that this requires a business accounts to work, if you have a PayPal Standard account, I would recommend you to follow this guide instead: https://www.jotform.com/help/391-How-to-Integrate-Form-with-Paypal-Standard
