Unable to access grid report URL

Having trouble sending a report link to some one else. It will not allow them to open it. Is there a setting to fix that and let anyone view it.

To fix the issue, kindly go to your account settings page and make sure that the privacy settings "Require log in to see submissions" is unchecked.
