We want to create a Covid Screen app. Can you gear the response to create an "all clear" message, (for those with no symptoms) and a "No go" message if anyone responds 'yes' to "Do you have any of the above symptoms"?

Unfortunately, the form needs to be submitted to get an autoresponder email or notification email.
