Hi,
I'd like to see if there's any issues with jotforms recently as we had some trouble with one of our forms.
When we tried to submit an entry with one of our forms, we got an error saying "This Connection Is Not Private" and we're just concern as it might cause some issues with our clients if they get this error. Please see linked screenshot for your reference.

I am sorry for the trouble caused to you. With which form you are having this issue with? I did check few of your last edited form and it seems to work as expected.
I have gone ahead and cleared your form cache from here. Please test your form again and get back to us if the issue persists.

I did test your form in Safari browser by sending a test submission and did not find any issue with that. There was not error message displayed, and I was able to submit form successfully. Please check the screenshot below:
I would suggest you to please clear your browser cache and then try again. The following guide should help you how to clear your browser cache: https://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser's-Cache
