Hi. I have used jotform free version for a few years. I am unhappy with the eCommerce side of my website so i am looking to see if I can use jotform to builtd the ordering form and remove this the eCommerce side from the website. I know I will have to buy a package if this works as I will need multiple forms but I am just using this first one for testing. I have having an issue getting the document signing part to work with adobe and docusign it has the same issue with both. I also need to some how take payments using worldpay but can see how I can get the total on to the world pay widet. Can you help?

May we know if your form is embedded to you web page?
You may try to re-integrate the adobe sign widget.
It seems you have used the Purchase Order integration in your form. Do note that you may only use 1 payment integration in the form.
If you want to use WorldPay you would have to delete your current Purchase Order.

Please give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Hi, that the wrong form. I just made that to see if I could do it another way but that form has now been deleted. The one I am having an issue with is labelled ADSL Broadband Order Form. At the moment by issue is getting the signature to work. I had it work once when I changed the layout to classic but it wont work in card and i can't work out why?

Hello,
I checked your ADSL Broadband Order Form and can see the you've add the Adobe Sign widget to capture signature.
Could you re-add the signature field on the form and re-authenticate?
Please test and let us know the update.

Hi there,
Thank you for reaching out.
The error message that you're getting is likely indicating an empty required field.
May I please confirm if you have successfully authenticate your Adobe account on the widget?Other than that, a possible reason why you're getting the error is there is a required field left empty, can you please check if there's a card in red as illustrated below?
I hope that helps, let me know should you need further assistance.
