Terms and Conditions checkbox required even after checking

    when they click the check mark for the terms and conditions says this is required which i put required but it is being checked off and still says to check it off. why?

    Can you please tell us if this happens on form https://www.jotform.com/form/201525502559149 or form https://www.jotform.com/form/201756615917158 ? I have tested both, but was not able to recreate the issue.

    Is the form maybe embedded somewhere? If so, please share the URL with us.
