How can i add looping, with a maximum of 4 times to my form?

I have a cookie business, and i want users to first select from our pre defined cookie menu, or build their own, for 4 cookies (that is our min.) 

In both the cases, i want that the customer should be looped back to the main question, if they want to customize a cookie or build their own, but only for a total of 4 times.

I'm having a difficult time figuring this out

Hello @cookiedoh.india - I can see you already set up conditions to hide or show the fields based on the user's response. That is the only workaround I believe to achieve the requirement.

I have one in my mind which involves using a Configurable List widget. However, it is not applicable if you are extracting calculation values.
