Can I move the forms from an unpaid account to a paid account?

    Yes, that's quite possible. Please provide a list of the forms you want to move and the username or email address of the destination account, so we will transfer them.

    Hi,
    Thank you for transferring our forms to our paid account. I didn't view
    each form when I checked to see if they had been transferred-just checked
    the titles. I just found that many of the forms are unavailable or disabled
    by owner. Are they gone forever? Thanks.

    Hi,

    I checked some of the forms, and they are set to disabled. Please note that disabled forms are not deleted from your account, and you can always enable them anytime. If you would like the forms to be available for public view and start to accepting submissions, you can set the form status to enabled.
