Hello! I'm waiting for a response about an issue with our form. We are receiving notes from user that the certification box is not showing for everyone. I checked to make sure the button is active and other people can see it, but the experience is not consistent. Please see a screenshot sent from a user below. How can we guarantee a consistent user experience when they complete the form?

I tried accessing your page on different browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, IE) but wasn't able to replicate the issue. Here's what it's shown on my end:
I have cleared the form caches in hopes that it would resolve it. Could you please advise the user to try again now? Also, please let them clear their browser's cache and see if it makes any difference.
If it still persists after doing so, if possible, please let us know what browser they are using so we can try and replicate the issue on our end.

Hi, JotForm works in any browser, however, it could be that a browser add-on is blocking the widget. If the Square Checkbox is not showing yet for your user, please ask him to try clearing the browsers cache, or use a different one.
