Form not responding when trying to add new condition

Hi there

I can't save conditions anymore, Explorers hangs with buttons "wait".
In Google Chrome you get kicked out (loosing changes) after the 2. hit on wait

In Firefox you not get kicked out, but am hitting the 10th time on "wait" now...

It seems the reason why the condition fails to save is that your concatenating fields in number format. Kindly click the fields once to change the format as "text" to be able to save it.
