How can we add more forms to our jotform account?

Good morning, We currently use Jotform for our online paperwork and need to add two more forms.  What is the best way to add new forms?  Do I send them in and have yall add them or is there a simple way to add them ourselves?

I see that your account is currently holding Free plan and no forms in your account. However, based on the last edited form, it seems that you are a sub account user for the account doctormultimedia. If you are referring to this account, you may create a form in your account and transfer it to the other account by dragging and dropping the form to the shared folder.

If you are having PDF forms, you may import them to JotForm from the Create Form -> Import form -> Import PDF Form to convert to online forms.
