Unable to download upload file from email link

Can you please tell us which submission data uploaded files in your form cannot be downloaded?

You should be able to download the submission files from your form as long as you were logged in to your account also.

Upon checking, it shows that you have removed the privacy settings on the Required log-in option.

Please re-login to the account and try downloading the files. You can also try with a different browser. 

Let us know if the issue still persists.
