Account Suspended

    I just upgraded my account and am trying to log on. However, it is saying that my account is suspended? What should I do? I need access to my forms ASAP.

    Thank you for contacting Support.

    Upon checking, the account related to email address "davssgm@gmail.com" is currently active but it doesn't any forms in it.

    May we ask for the username or email address where you upgraded at and got suspended to further check?

    We will wait for your response.

    I see that the account is auto-suspended by our anti-phishing system which is strict to scan each form to calculate the probability of phishing activities. It is not allowed to create login forms or collect sensitive information like Credit card numbers, etc through JotForm. Such forms are considered as phishing forms and associated accounts are automatically suspended. Please refer to our Terms of usage for more information on phishing. 

    I have checked your forms and they are clean and normal. I have activated your account and you should be able to access your forms normally. We are sorry for the trouble caused.
