Location_id error using square payment on jotform

I am setting up a form for a client to take payments.

Linked their square account and tested the form and several attempts get this error message:

Payment Error

Not authorized to take payments with location_id=21FFFMMG9YZK2

Go back and fix

I cloned the client form and changed the square account to my account and tested the form.  It processed fine.  I contact square support and they said not their problem, contact support at jotform.
