How can I allow multiple franchisees access to forms?

I want to use a from for our training block for all our franchisees to use. I want them to be able to refer back to this from and continue editing it as they go until it is complete.

I also want them to be able to visually view all the training forms they are working on and/or that have been submitted.

I figured out how to enable continue later but it wants them to log into an account. Is there a better way to allow all our franchisees access to our account?

To continue editing and save the forms, you need to enable the save and continue later feature.

You may also skip creating the account while you are saving the forms:

You can send an edit link in the autoresponse email so that users could view their previous submissions.
