Square integration keeps on disconnecting

    I received an email that states that "Square access tokens for the form Shipping Menu has expired and can no longer be renewed. etc etc etc" I tried going into the payment section and reconnecting it and it worked fine but when I went back to check again later it was disconnected again. We're not sure why it keeps doing that and what I can do to fix it? Thanks so much for your help! (I'm including a picture of what I'm coming across).

    At the bottom of the Square Integration settings, there is a Continue button that you should click after you have connected your Square account and selected a Business Location to save the changes in the integration.

    We have done that…. multiple times and then it just keeps disconnecting… However in the business option I do not have “connect to square first” My only option is to choose “Crockstar Dinner Club”
    I connect, it logs me in and then disconnects within minutes. I have 3 other forms all using the same and no issue with any of them.. Please advise!

    We would like to apologize for any inconvenience.

    I have tested the issue you are reporting again on my end and I was only able to reproduce the issue after I have refreshed the builder page of the form.

    The issue also only happens to a cloned version of your form, but not on newly created forms. I have tested the issue further and although it seems that re-adding the Square payment field may solve the issue you are having, I would not encourage that you do that as we cannot guarantee that the existing submission data associated with the payment field would not be lost.

    I'm not sure if this would work for you, but you can back-up the existing submission data of your form first by downloading it before you try the solution I mentioned above.

    After re-adding the Square payment field, you can try to reconnect your Square account in the integration. Reload the builder of your form to test if it works.
