How to do check/cash payment option

    Hi,

    Trying to do a check/cash option for payment.  Please advise.

    Also, would like to add an ear tag number to each of the items in my form.

    Please advise.

    If you would like to have the option for cheque or cash payment you can use the 'Purchase Order' widget, more information is here.
