We are having some users that are not able to login on certain browsers. Below is the error that is produced in Chrome.
They are able to switch to other browsers sometimes but that doesn't always work.
For some users, it allows them to login but then they get the same error above.
Is there something the users need to do to their computers to always be able to login? They do restart their computers each day.

Hello Jessica - I tried accessing the said form on different browsers but I can't seem to replicate the issue.
To clarify, are the users you're referring are sub-account users of your account? I can see you are sharing the said form with some users. If so, I tested the sub-account feature on my test accounts but forms are loading fine as expected.
It could be a temporary issue. I tried clearing your forms caches. Could you please let them clear their browser's cache as well then access the form again?
