Google Sheet integration does not work if sheet is hidden

G'day we have built a pretty elaborate jot form, that fills in this google sheet when it is submitted. Please be aware that the Mastersheet that captures all the details is hidden, as the tabs are for public viewing. 

We have received several submissions that are not populating the sheet, and I cannot work it out. When I submit a test, it populates the google sheet, but some submissions that I have received has not appeared in the google sheet. 

This is beyond me, can someone please assist me? 

I think that I have worked it out. If the google sheet that the jotform is populating is hidden, jotform won't populate it. 

Can anyone confirm that? 

Yes, the integration won't work when the sheet is hidden.

Also, please note that any modifications within the integrated Google Sheet may break the integration, as such, we highly suggest not making any changes on the Google Sheet file.

I suggest you create another Google Sheet then use IMPORTRANGE function to read the data from the integrated spreadsheet.
