Done for you form development

Do you offer a service for someone to develop the form for you?

I am spending way too many hours trying to get things to look nice on the page.  Despite following the help manuals it displays one way in the advanced editor and then doesn't seem to look the same in the preview.

I tried uploading my PDF form to save time and that didn't work at all.
